Systems built for work that actually happens.

Our portfolio spans enterprise platforms, regulated healthcare environments, and consumer applications. Different domains, one approach: understand the workflow, build the system that operates it, and keep a person in the loop where judgement belongs.

Business and enterprise platforms

AI-native operating systems and agent platforms that sit inside the way a company already works.

PaniniOS

Business operating systems

An AI-native operating system for small and midsized businesses. PaniniOS learns how a company operates, connects its existing tools, and helps create agents that perform operational work.

The problem

Most small and midsized businesses cannot afford an internal AI team, and generic assistants know nothing about how a specific company actually runs. The knowledge that matters — who approves what, which exceptions are normal, where the real records live — is undocumented and lives in people's heads.

What it does

PaniniOS learns a company's operating model from its existing tools and its people, then makes it possible to create agents that do operational work against that context: handling intake, moving work between systems, preparing documents, and escalating decisions to a human when they matter.

Who it's for

Small and midsized businesses with real operational complexity and no dedicated AI engineering team.

AutoScreen

Talent intelligence

An AI interviewing and talent-evaluation platform that helps organizations conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidates, and make better hiring decisions.

The problem

Hiring decisions are often made from inconsistent evidence. Interviews vary by interviewer, notes are thin, and the comparison between candidates ends up resting on recall and impression rather than on a common standard.

What it does

AutoScreen conducts structured interviews, captures what was actually said and demonstrated, and evaluates candidates against a consistent rubric — so that hiring teams compare evidence rather than impressions.

Who it's for

Talent teams and hiring managers running structured, high-volume, or distributed hiring processes.

Enterprise AI Systems

Custom enterprise agents

Governed AI platforms that automate complex workflows involving documents, email, institutional knowledge, evaluation, reporting, and human decision-making.

The problem

The workflows that cost an enterprise the most are rarely the ones a product can be bought for. They span several systems, depend on institutional knowledge, and require judgement at specific points — which is exactly why generic tools bounce off them.

What it does

We design and build the system around a specific workflow: document intake and extraction, retrieval over institutional knowledge, orchestration across existing software, and the governance layer — permissions, approval gates, audit logs, evaluation — that makes it safe to run in production.

Who it's for

Enterprises and institutions with a workflow valuable enough, and complex enough, to justify building rather than buying.

Healthcare and clinical research

Systems for regulated environments where coordination, documentation and follow-through carry real consequences.

Curistrials

Clinical research

An AI-powered platform for clinical-trial recruitment, participant screening, communications, qualification, and follow-up.

The problem

Clinical trials are frequently delayed or abandoned because sites cannot enrol participants quickly enough. Recruitment work is high-volume and repetitive — screening enquiries, checking eligibility criteria, chasing responses — and it competes with clinical duties for the same people's time.

What it does

Curistrials handles the recruitment funnel end to end: it engages inbound interest, screens participants against protocol criteria, manages communication across channels, qualifies candidates for site review, and keeps follow-up moving so that interested participants are not lost between steps.

Who it's for

Trial sponsors, contract research organisations, and research sites running recruitment at volume.

VistaraOS

Healthcare operations

An AI-native operating system for psychedelic medicine and specialized healthcare organizations, connecting patient care, clinical research, operations, and compliance.

The problem

Specialised care organisations run on a patchwork of scheduling tools, clinical notes, spreadsheets and email. Patient care, research, operations and compliance each hold part of the picture, and no system holds all of it — so coordination costs fall on people.

What it does

VistaraOS unifies the record. Patient care, clinical research activity, day-to-day operations and compliance obligations share one substrate, with agents that prepare documentation, surface what needs attention, and keep the operational and regulatory trail intact.

Who it's for

Psychedelic medicine clinics, specialised care providers, and healthcare organisations that carry both clinical and research obligations.

Consumer applications

Capabilities that used to require an assistant, a specialist, or a great deal of preparation — available to anyone.

MakeMyCall

Consumer agents

An application that lets people delegate phone calls to AI agents, reducing the time and friction involved in everyday tasks.

The problem

A surprising amount of ordinary life still runs on the telephone — appointments, quotes, cancellations, follow-ups, holds. These calls are short but expensive: they have to happen during business hours and they interrupt everything else.

What it does

MakeMyCall takes the call. You describe the outcome you want; an agent places the call, handles the conversation, and reports back what happened.

Who it's for

Anyone who loses time to routine phone calls, and small businesses without the staff to make them.

Rehearse

Consumer communication

A private AI practice environment for difficult conversations, including interviews, negotiations, workplace situations, dating, and conflict resolution.

The problem

The conversations that change outcomes — an interview, a negotiation, a difficult exchange with a manager or a partner — are usually had once, unrehearsed, at the moment they matter most. Practice is available to people with coaches and mentors, and to almost nobody else.

What it does

Rehearse is a private space to run the conversation before you have it: with a counterpart who responds realistically, and with feedback afterwards on what worked and what did not.

Who it's for

Individuals preparing for interviews, negotiations, workplace conversations, or personal conversations that matter.

Live product. Publicly available and in active use.

Experimental products and pilots

Work that is early, deliberately narrow, or built with a single partner while we learn what the general version should be.

Matilda

Conversational commerce

An AI-powered storefront and operations platform for Matilda's Bloombox. Customers design flower arrangements through a conversation with an AI florist, while supplier orders are drafted automatically for human approval.

The problem

Buying something genuinely bespoke online usually means a form that cannot express what you want, or a phone call the business does not have time to take. Behind the counter, the same order then has to be translated into supplier purchases by hand.

What it does

Matilda turns the storefront into a conversation: customers describe the arrangement they want and design it with an AI florist. On the operations side, the resulting supplier orders are drafted automatically and held for a person to approve before anything is committed.

Who it's for

Built with Matilda's Bloombox as a working study of what conversational commerce looks like when it reaches all the way into operations.

CRE Insights

Commercial real estate intelligence

An agent-operated research and sales platform for businesses serving commercial buildings. It combines property data, ownership intelligence, decision-maker discovery, CRM workflows, and human-approved outreach.

The problem

Selling into commercial buildings means answering the same questions for every property: who owns it, who actually decides, what is already installed, and when the timing is right. The research is slow, the data is scattered across sources, and it goes stale quickly.

What it does

CRE Insights assembles the picture: property and ownership data, the decision-makers behind an asset, and the CRM workflow around them — with agents doing the research and preparing outreach that a person reviews before it is sent.

Who it's for

Contractors, service providers and vendors whose customers are commercial buildings and the people who own or manage them.

Current stage

Pilot. Deployed with a small number of partners while we refine it.
